You Will Need:-
☛Different color nail polish
☛Manicure tapes
☛Grey or black nail polish
☛Top coat
Steps:-
1. Apply a white base color on all your nails.
2. Wait for it to dry completely, apply manicure tapes on all of your nails, exactly the way shown in picture.
3. Choose different nail polish colors to paint the part below the tape.
4. Remove the tape and create a thin line on each balloon with the color you used for that nail.Also, paint a grey or black wavy line.
5. Finish with a clear top coat.You are done.
