1. Select a Glass container- You need to wash a glass container thoroughly. If you choose to use wooden utensils or plastic containers, there are chances of contamination of the massage oil. So, it is ideal to use a glass container. It will also save your massage oil from contamination.

2. Mint Leaves- Get fresh mint leaves and wash it thoroughly to remove dirt and other impurities and store them in the glass container.

3. Choose the carrier oil- For an effective massage oil, it is always crucial to choose a good carrier oil. An ideal massage oil should never irritate the skin and give a greasy effect. Rather, massage oil should absorb in your skin without making your skin oily. Since your massage oil is distilled from leaves, thus these are concentrated. So, in order to dilute your essential oil, you need to make an appropriate selection of carrier oil. 5. Strain- After 2 to 3 days, you can now strain the oil. This will remove the impurities and mint leaves. For better results, you can choose to strain it twice.

6. Store- Now, your body massage oil is ready. You can place it in a cool dry place and use it according to your requirements. Since, the massage oil is free from the unwanted residues and impurities. So, you can easily store it for a longer duration.
